Bring Your Fears

Dear Friends, Guests and Members,

I'm so happy to have had this month to hear diverse points of inspiration from four different people of faith all of whom have drawn on sources that resonate in one way or another with our spiritual growth and journeys! Thank you to Yeshara, Eugene, Jill, and Chase. We've been privy to contemporary apocalypses (revelations) in contemporary language, media and times. If you haven't, take time to listen to these messages online

This month we begin our new sermon series, “Facing Our Fears.” We will examine some foundational and core essentials about who God is to us, who we are to God, and how we might draw from these two points of identity to meet the fears and anxieties, woes and isolation of the current age. We’re a community! That's both perilous and promising. There's always something to navigate. Authentic community grounded in the person and teachings of Christ is a rare and precious thing.

So join us. Bring your fears. Bring your doubts. Show up with all of the complexities of the issues you think about every day. Commit to the journey, despite the shadows! We're here and here together. Our scriptures aren't just there for reproof, or doctrine, or to teach. They are there to form us, to point us to our identity, and to ground us.

Whatever your journey, welcome! We pray this will truly be for you a space for transformation and change through the Spirit.

Grace and Peace,

Pr Greg
